The is an example of Tidal Wave Chi Kung, Lesson One, Part 2, Condensing Breathing by Gary J. Clyman and should be practiced in "real" time. Do NOT do Part 1 more than once. Proceed to THIS CLIP, Lesson One, Part 2 for ongoing practice sessions. This contains Condensing Breathing, ongoing version and Inward/Outward Meditation and should be done THREE times to leg tolerance. This is from my Chi Kung DVD Program at www.chikung.com.

Call me 24/7 at 312-446-8218 if you wish. I don't sleep very much and look forward to your call. If you love these practices, purchase my Chi Kung DVD Program. More to come... GJC

  • Just 15ft.? Usually I direct my JING down toward the ground. I don't like long, linear explosions. In 1977, I fought a Thai Boxer behind my friends restaurant and sent him LONG 3 times in a row. He kept getting up, so I consciously changed my line of drive to down at a 45 degree angle. It's hard to get up after that! GJC

Just a short while though because I moved too far away after that. I felt the short and long of it many times. Oi Vey!

I did hear of you after a bit though, when I ran an acupuncture clinic in the "burbs of Chi-town.

    Good going Mr.Clyman
