lmao, ok first off whys the really evil rapists who get the severe deaths in this show black, two, why is all rape victims and "hot chicks" blonde. and why is curtis's voice so goofy. three this is in new york, y arent there more minorities in the police force (excluding gouzaburo), aside from that its a good anime. although im laughing at it more than with it, which isnt so much of a bad thing
