The beautiful and brilliant Rachel Maddow explains how republican politicians operate by supporting corporate America over Americans. A pretty obvious thing that often goes unnoticed by the blind, deaf and dumb, as well as gop constituents who vote against their own interests.

  • We all have to take more time to pay attention to our community. Unfortunately, in some ways, Washington is so far off, and the wealthy politicians speak such a different language (plutocratic) that it is hard to stay in tune.

Yes, and voters really know very little about candidates anyway, it's not like they have the time to perform research on them all. They have to rely on what they see and hear, and much of it is worthless. Most politicians stink, but once in a while there's one that's loyal to the task of representing the American people. They're as rare as water on the Moon unfortunately. Thanks for watching too!

  • If American people elect a republican in 2012 then they can't complain when the republican ban abortion, cut medicare, destroy union rights, go to war against iran, cut state budgets for things like cops, education, so on and FINALLY give tax break to the 1%

Obama is not a knight in shinning armour most democrats wanted but he's been a good president a bit more centrist for most people liking but he's going in the right direction

Yes, it's the height of hypocrisy. Thanks for posting too!

  • @mccainisthroughX - Oh thank goodness I'm not the only one who sees this ! lol...I love being American, but it's so embarrassing to have to be clumped in with other Americans who are just so fucking stupid.....Agree with you 100%

  • keep it up, rachel. you're the hero of skeptics and non-believers

  • @mccainisthroughX I have been trying to figure that out myself how people who vote Republican constantly vote against their own interests and do not realize it. Republicans spend like mad when in power then complain about spending when they are out of power.
