I just started taking Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Isolate. I'm trying that out and then give Gold Standard a try. I see a ton of people using that. I don't take creatine yet. I haven't been lifting that long and I've heard that it's not recommended for beginners.

@AADeZigns I'm glad to hear you are supplementing additional protein in your diet. It's really really hard and not optimal to get all your protein from food alone. As far as creatine goes... how old are you?

@AADeZigns Oh ok. Well I was going to say if you are under 18 there are mixed feelings on whether or not you should take creatine, but in your case I would say go for it! I suggest 5g of monohydrate a day and you will see results. You see creatine isn't some foreign substance that your are putting into your body, it is already in the food we eat such as beef. The problem is you would have to eat a CRAPLOAD of beef to get enough creatine to see results.

@AADeZigns If you want more info on creatine before you decide to take it, I suggest looking up Will Brink. He is one of the pioneers of creatine and has TONS of info and studies done on it. In fact o his website (google brinkzone) I believe he has a free pdf file you can download all about creatine.
