WOW!!!! Thanks for posting. I just wasted several hours reading technical "how to" on this subject and nothing worked, so I came to you tube and found your video. So simple, yet it worked brilliantly. I did this on my DVD player in the ceiling of my mini-van. Everything operates beautifully and my kids are very happy. You rock. Thanks!

Hi missy I just got a Dell xps to fix and decided to repair it from the cd, but there was a cd stuck in it, I tried another fix on youtube with the hooked paperclip to pull it out and no joy. I saw your fix and tried it.........by jeasus (Irish accent) it took some pulling to get it out but out it popped. Thank's a million. You are cute too.
