The Magistrate indicates that there is a life insurance and asks if there is any relation between this trial and a life insurance € 3.000.000,00

CBO´S lawyer says no.(Because he doubts the veracity of life insurance provided by the bank.)

CBO indicated criminal proceedings against the Director General of the Bank (Mr. Enric Mata), for alleged misrepresentation of this life insurance...

CBO ASKS FOR ALL HIS ACCOUNTS AND THE WHOLE ACCOUNT ACTIVITY.

I can make it very easy, judgement dismissing for lack of evidence, the problem is yours, sir.

CAIXA TERRASSA (UNNIM) BREAKS THE LAW OF PROTECTION OF DATA, ACCORDING TO A RESOLUTION OF THE SPANISH AGENCY OF PROTECTION OF DATA (AGPD) ENACTED IN 2009.

The lawyer of Caixa Terrassa (Unnim) (former Magistrate President of the Provincial Courts of Barcelona) says: CAIXA TERRASSA HAS NO PROBLEM IN PROVIDE TO THIS LADY ALL THE MOVEMENTS OF ACCOUNTS...

The client of the bank, after this court decision, could not ask for ALL the accounts.

THE MAGISTRATE DISCOVERS THE REMOVAL, IN THE CASE ENTILTED, OF AN UNKNOWN ACCOUNT BOTH FOR CBO ANF CAIXA TERRASSA ( UNNIM)

In the courtroom, the Magistrate, the lawyer of CBO, the attorney, all seek the document, all but... ...the judicial secretary, and Attorney of Caixa Terrassa (Unnim). They did not seek the document during the 7 minute-long search.

Magistrate says: ...we do not have this document in legal proceedings.

How is it possible that the judge did not have that document in the file? How he had lost the document?

just to recapitulate It´s questioned the veracity of this unknown account as CBO never brought it to court proceedings.

After the trial, the lawyer formally request that document. The Magistrate replied that he did not agree to other requests.

In the past (years 2003/04), CBO sent a notarized letter asking the bank to justify the disappearance of the accounts.

The bank never answered that request.

The Magistrate rejected the civil action, brought in 2006, without doing any kind of enquiry.

How hard it is to get all account details when an Entity doesn't want to deliver them.
2002/2010 and still no data

Life insurance of 3.000.000,00 €. Is doubt about their veracity.

The Provincial Court of Barcelona did not deliver this video to CBO. This video was supposed to accompany the certified copy of the proceedings.

Terrassa Courts claimed computer problems.
