School Puts Halt to Energy DrinksThe Associated PressA New Jersey school district is banning a popular beverage meant to give people a quick boost of caffeine. Well when idiots love to give their opinions, ya I am. Nothing wrong with that. If there weren't any idiots in the world then democracy would be direct instead of through representation.

Idiot, she said "instead of having breakfast" and not "instead of going to the cafeteria"... the school doesn't even sell energy drinks anyways. Yes parents are to blame for bad habits like energy drinks but a teacher is meant to be like a parent in the absence of the real parents. You are seriously giving the school a tough time because they want to help the kids?!?!?!?! I advise you to not comment unless you're knowledgeable. Rushed comments make you look like a fool.

I gotta agree that even middle school age is a bit young for energy drinks although I have seen middle school students drinking those. The first time I had Monster Energy was when I was a junior in high school.

They're just pulling an excuse to try and make money off of people. Seriously, "instead of going to the cafeteria, they'd go to the convenience store" just gives it away. On top of that, whatever happened to personal responsibility? It's the parents' job to get their kids into good habits, not the school's job.

This I bs. As soon as my school banned them I just put soda or an energy drink in a non see through water bottle. Or I put sprite in a regular water bottle
