Mr. Beer - West Coast Pale Ale - First Pour

First Pour of a homebrewed West Coast Pale Ale - allowed to age 6 total weeks before this pour.

2 - Weeks in the Mr. Beer Primary Fermenter
4 - Weeks Warm 'fermenting' or Conditioning in the Bottle.
1 - Day to Chill to temperature.

I personally wouldnt have aged my pale ales. considering a west coast pale ale has more hops you want to drink it fresh. never age a pale ale or IPA!! bahhh hoppy beers are best to have fresh and that amount of time is uneccesary would have tasted the same only keeping in bottle for a week

thats is playing with the devil!.. a grolsch (+1) beer bottle poring beer into an heineken (-1) glass.  Kind of an eastside westside thing in the netherlands with beer :D

My first batch did not go well. Only 2 bottles out of the 8 turned out drinkable.  The 2 good ones were quite tasty, though.
