the thing is its no different than killing cows for meat. the horse slaughter place buys the horses in that condition, its the horses owners who need to stop. killing a horse for meat is just the same as killing a cow or a chicken. its sad whatever animal is killed, but im not a vegeterian and i bet most of you aint. so basically as long as people eat meat, animals will always be killed and you cant stop the world from eating meat

You're attacking the slaughter plants for the condition of the horses there, but these horses didn't get like that in that plant, they got like that in the care of their so called owners. The plants were a way out for horses that no one wanted and no one cared for, I mean for gods sake just look at them. That is not the slaughter plants fault, that is the fault of owners that have no right to own these animals. Fix the problem and go after the owners, closing these plants wont stop the abuse.

It still is a quick death. It's rare for them not to be shot and when they don't, the horses are stunned and then have their throat slit. It still is a quick death. In the UK, there are regulations on slaughter but as some idiots got it banned in America, it's only now that slaughter isn't humane as they get taken to Mexico where there are no regulations on it.

I think that god put all aniamls on earth for different reasons. A horse is not meant to eat . The horse history incase you forgot how did the cowboys and indians get around in the west sure was not on a back of a cow or pig. Why did they not ride pigs and cows. Its because god did not make pigs and cows for that he gave us horses for that. Food has not got anything to with this. Like there is no other source for meet other than horses. I have never saw a cow or pig in this shape.
