The "New Adventures of the Space Explorers" cartoon was broadcast in 1959. It was the second in a series of early morning childrens space exploration cartoons to peak the interest of baby boomers about space exploraton during the "space race" era. Please share this link with other baby boomer space enthusiasts.

  • The website has been updated. Release of the DVD may be due to a recent inquiry about using some film sequences in an upcoming TV special on space exploration.

  • In response to Khultan, I do not own the rights to the videos, but with the express permission from the copyright holder, I have been allowed to post up to 60 seconds of video. There is additional video on the space explorers website.

  • That was AWESOME! Was that Bud Abbott?

  • Ha ha. No that was Professor Nordheim bouncing around after they landed on the moon.

    the site is updated until 2009,

    please put the DVD on,update the site,

    for both movies,

    shere them online in veoh.com and stagevu.com
