  • i wish i would have heard about childhelp sooner, almost 11 years ago while my parents were going through their divorce, mom left me and my siblings in my grandparents house while our grandparents were away and on several occasions when we lived with dad he would take out his anger on us (on one occasion, i heard my dad yelling at my sister while hitting her. i was outside in the car with my brother at the time. i thought he yelled loud enough for the neighborhood to hear)

  • 3:04 Liar.

  • What hit me hard in this song was the Baby in the cot when he sang"He crys so hard his little cradle rocks" That killed me and my heart broke :(

  • wish i knew about chlp when i was younger

  • Calling is the easy part. For these children's sake, call and keep calling until someone listens, someone steps in and stops it. We are obligated as a human race to speak for the ones who have no voice. We have the power within us to make this horrible situation better and maybe, just maybe the next generation will do even more to stop it.

  • That's so sad

  • I personally know about violent abuse...and I wish there had been places like ChildHelp back in the 50s, 60s, and 70s, where I could have called for help. Now retired, I found I live within a mile of one of their residential facilities. I'm looking forward to volunteering. I was a teacher, mom, and "recovered" abuse victim. Now I can help these children!
