    I think there are 2 possiblities.

    Either the computers sense the weight of the peices on the board. Or there is actually only one computer so both arms get their information from the same place. Meaning that it only has to remember where it has moved the peices to from their original positions.

  • Special bord and special pieces ;)

  • It's not seeing the board at all. It knows what the opponent did and remembers where the pieces are.

    But how the robot can see Chess? or what kinf of sensor used here to see the Chess?
