Nothing wrong with cutting those trees at the bottom. Those trees are tiny. There's also nothing wrong with a Husq either. The only thing Stihl has over it is power but who needs it on these tiny ass trees.

looked ok to me mate.. he used the right cutting techneques.. thats how all the tree surgons do it here in uk... he has correct equipment and a pro saw.. are you even in this trade? if u r u should defo get some more experience

I'm wearing mesh goggles that have been passed by an NPTC assessor. The helmet is a Petzl bought from Buxtons & it has ear defenders attached. The trousers are Stihl all round protection. I wasn't cross cutting fully as they were small trees & we could drag more by keeping more b ranches attached.

not bad, pretty good actually, but yea personally I wouldnt have felled the tree like that, you didnt leave a lot of wood to play with lol

there isnt much wrong with this! I wouldnt personaly put that sort of cut in but nothing went wrong ... there isnt anything wrong with this bloke he has correct PPE and has put a succseful cut in. And from what I can see has good cross cuttinh tequniques... like I said not my cut but his choice...
there is nothin wrong with cutting them like that< ur betta cutting them lower down coz theres more control and its betta than leaving high stumps so read up before u critasise a gd lads work!

Why didn't you high stump them and then slick them off at ground level? Seems like you wasted alot of time putting in low face cuts. PS. Get a stihl.

Too true! Thats why i'd bluntened my stihl ms200 & was using the Husky.
