@zacksanta2 (Sorry if my english is bad): You have to load the savegame in which you finished the game, and you'll start the game again with the unlocked items.

and i finished the game and got infinity face paint but won't show when i start a new game it won't show after i got the backpack?

@MLSGames I always had difficulty finding supressors, so tranqing all the guards wasn't an option. I never got the camera. D: I never used the cameras, though. :P
