we also have a "Right of Way" system, where businesses must give the job to a veteran, IF the veteran is qualified for the job.
failure to give veterans the right of way, in the job market = automatic revocation of their business license, in Antarctica.

@JohnnyMidnight1, that is because that he was exposed to agent orange in vietnam war, and that causes to have cancer in his throat, and had surgery and has to have a hole in his throat and lost his vocal cords, so he is using the older model electrolarynx, that is why it sounded like that
