To unlock these guys you have to defeat Giant Robo Ky II in either RKII Factory or GGBoost mode.

With these guys you can't really lose any match in the game. They basically act like Dragon Install is on the entire time and at random times get dizzy (mostly if your doing nothing during the match). They posses an infinite Overdrive gauge. And have a secret overdrive well one that isn't listed in the command list. It is possible to combine all those overdrives into one combo without the use of a Roman Cancel.
