When she noticed it was raining outside, my dragon went straight for the balcony. I was nervous at first that she might try to jump off, but she just went round and round the pots for about half an hour - splashing in the pool of rainwater! Unusual behavior for a desert animal!?

  • That's great. Just started giving my 2 young beardies a bath, not sure if they like it yet.

    :)

  • HOW CAN ANYONE DISLIKE THIS?

  • he looks joyful

  • 0:36 - Can someone explain to me why they do that? :) Mine goes all crazy when he gets his weekly bath, runs around scratching himself.

  • He's trying to swim in it lol

  • @Tymar3215 Oh yeah. fat+beardie = good. they should be fat enough that the skin on their sides isn't all crinkly. when you see that skin start to crinkle all the time, you know it's underweight and could use more protien.

  • she/ he is too FAT look how she/he move?!

  • Dragons soak themselves when thirsty so that may be why. ^w^

  • Fat sums up the whole video :)

  • Dragons require bi-weeky soakings to maintain proper hydration, so playing in the water is good. Check out any dragon care website and you will see that two twenty minute soaks a week are recommended.
