  • As a physician in an Anti Aging practice, I agree that the hydroxy- and methyl- forms are much better. However, I don't know if I go along with him quite as far as he does about the "toxicity." He even touched on it in the video--if one has good anti-oxidant support, then the body will deal with cyanocobalamin pretty well & it WILL function as B12. However, if one is deficient in antioxidants, it will be ineffective. If severely deficient, possibly toxic.

    Richard Snouffer, MD

    The Carlton Clinic

  • @HammerDoc Aloha Dr. Snouffer, I will not go into great detail here but suffice it to say there is risk with Cyanocoblamin in particular in injectable form. Vegetarians and smokers in particular are vulnerable. I have seen patients go blind from 3 injections of Cyanocobalamin. The point is it is not the preferred form of B12 and for many they will not be able to get the Cobalamin. HydroxyCobalamin is more available than even MethylCobalamin and does not interfere with MethylFolate.

  • @HammerDoc Respond to this video... Lastly, Hydroxy form produces more AdenosylCobalamin than even MethylCobalamin. Dr. Kunin will have a more detailed article about this on NaturalNews in the coming few weeks. I encourage you to look for it on our website as well. Are you currently using Ola Loa in your practice. We are the leading methylating support vitamin drink on the market. I am happy to send you samples.

  • this is so ridiculous, starrting any wild rumors about pharma industry is easy and actually no evidence is existing.

in the same sentence you could suspect your doctor to give you harmful medication to benefit though your disease.

actually you could trust no one anymore and that wont make your life easier

  • @Ueberlegsdir2mal You simply don't understand chemistry and obviously have no experience working with medical patients and vitamin B12. I am posting an updated video to help people, just like you, to understand. The fact is HydroxyCobalamin is the preferred form of vitamin B12. This isn't about rumors. We have had first hand experience with patients going blind and being damaged from injectable vitamin B12. The body uses HydroxyCobalamin better than CyanoCobalamin...PERIOD!

  • Sodium when it hits water explodes! Chloride in its gaseous form is lethal! When combined into Sodium Chloride it is table salt.

    The wonders of chemistry.

Not sure that cyanide is all that easily broken down to attack at the cellular level. Indeed, cancer cells are particularly susceptible to the cyanide portion of Amygdalin (found in apricot (Prunus armeniaca) and black cherry (Prunus serotina) while normal cells don't seem to react. Take his warning with a grain of salt (pun intended).

  • @Slave2Reason You are missing the point. HydroxyCobalamin is the preferred form of Vitamin B12 for the body, even better than MethylCobalamin. CyanoCobalamin does not absorb well and can lead to terrible consequences as we have seen in our medical practice with a patient being blinded by 3 injections of CyanoCobalamin. If you are going to supplement B12 get the better form which the body prefers!

  • these people !!!!!!

  • @benjorgensen1 The Methylmalonic Acid Test, also called an MMA Test and I don't know how much it was because medicare paid for it. When I cut back on the b-12 I found that I was still sensitive to cobalamin B12.

  • @kkimberly2004 what was the test that you asked him to do, and what does it cost?

  • Cyanocobalamin in Vitamin B12 is garbage. Don't use it. Use Methylcobalamin B12 as it's the natural type. Send emails to vitamin manufacturers and complain about the toxic garbage they put in your vitamins so they will change and make better vitamins quick!

  • My story is too long to share but just know that I know what you are saying is the truth . It made me feel horrible so I went to the urgent care and I took my notes so I wouldn't sound stupid and the Dr. disagreed with me and I asked him to please do a particular test that a lot of Dr. miss and he agreed but thought it was useless and had never heard of the test. The typical test he ran showed normal and the other test showed my b12 levels were off the charts!

  • I appreciate this video. I may need to get injections because I have neutropenia, and this has definitely been educational. Thanks.
