hey man, i have the new version (7.1) and everything seems to be right, the only problem i have is that i cant hear anybody in the voice chat, but the can hear me :/ please help me out

my decoder is different than yours...it doesnt have a power outlet in the back. just the usb and optical? and there isn't a switch on the breakaway to switch between pc and whatever else.

i've got a problem
i got the new 7.1 dolby ax720 headste
but i can't change anything in the acessery (or how u write it ^^)
so i can't change input and the rest of it
do somebody know why ?

I can't confirm if that other model works the same as I don't have one to verify the functionality but double check your settings and run some tests on each.

@ZeiWeii: Be sure that on the 'breakaway' connection that the Audio Source is set to 720 AMP and not PC.

@bboystreet12: No not useless...you need the HDMI cable. If you used HDMI before for everything (sound and video), you still use it to get the video/picture to the TV. However, the sound will not go through it anymore.

This may be obvious, but reconnect the mic to the headset again and check that on the 'breakaway' that the mic mute switch is not enabled and that the mic volume is up. Does that help? If not, you may want to take back where you bought it and get a replacement set just in case.

@rufmor1: I don't believe you can hear through both the TV and headset at the same time which is good and bad depending what you want. There may be a work around but I'm not aware of it if it exists. Let me know if you find one. Thx.
