From one of the world's foremost martial arts authorities comes a revolutionary movie focusing solely on the attributes of streetfighting. Author Paul Vunak, head of Progressive Fighting Systems and a former trainer for the Navy S.E.A.L. team, takes you step-by-step through a variety of common streetfighting scenarios in the most complete guide to streetfighting ever offered. Using his extensive knowledge in a multitude of hard-core self-defense systems, Vunak shows what it takes to survive a streetfight in the 21st Century. Among the attributes discussed in the movie are awareness, precision, explosiveness, speed, strength and body
