This second JointHealthâ„¢ web workshop in our 3 part series on osteoarthritis is presented by Dr. Linda Li, Harold Robinson Professor of Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of British Columbia. Highlights of the web workshop include: the types of exercise that are suitable for people with osteoarthritis, the benefits of exercise, barriers to exercise, and advice on how to get started on an exercise program.
