Thanks for this video and the great lesson. I remember the other one you posted last Halloween and it may be in my favorites. I have to search stores here for the flashlights that have a strap at the end. Lately, I have been trying not to be out late or in the dark since my ribs are fractured.

This was a great video. I loved how you made sure to explain the advantages of the flashlights and the various uses for the different sizes of flashlights. The thing i really thought it was ingenious was the switching on and off while moving so as to avoid having our body detected. Great lesson, thank you for sharing and demonstrating! *bow*

@VickThorrable I am glad you picked up on that Vick the moving around but switching the light on and off . Leaving it on leaves you prone to an attack since your opponent will know where you are in the dark , if you use short bursts they cannot but you know where you are in your own surroundings. Now this I like! Being a student of stick and knife I love the use of these kind of objects.

And not focussing the eyes on the target is one of the first things I learned in fighting. Keep eyes level or at the opponent's chest for peripheral monitoring. So I subscribe to what you say about that.

You are very right the average person does not have swords, sai , tonfa lying around their house so they make do with what they have to protect themselves from serious bodily harm when threatened.
