My entry to the Bushman World Ukulele Video Contest 2009

for weeks and months I tried to find
a way to say what's on my mind
and I thought music was the key

and so I began to look around
but beautiful was all I found
to say how you appear to me

but now it's time to say goodbye

there's no use crying
no use clinging
all that's left to do is singing

still looking for some words to say
I have been thinking night and day
and then this notion came to me

without words it'll be alright
and silent movies proved me right

it's a cardboard box with a microphone inside, to prevent resonance and create a dry sound (to facilitate sound editing, since it's a multitrack recording)
