Yes you can. Riffworks records everything going in trough your audio interface. Pref. the instrument inputs and using asio drivers.

I had an M audio 2496, but took it out. Now I use the built-in sound module from my Line6 PODxtL. That's the same unit that I get that guitar tone from. It's a basic patch- Distortion, Chorus, Gate, Verb. Thanks for noticing!
