@bronwyn1313 I appreciate you taking the time to comment but I think you're way off base. I got about 50 lbs. of high protein, low fat, hormone & pesticide-free venison from that deer. We ate all of it. The carcass was eaten by coyotes, crows, foxes, the usual animals that feed off a deer carcass regardless of how it died. NONE of it went to waste so your argument is completely false and ignorant. I hope you are a vegan and eat no meat. If not, you're a total hypocrite. Good day.

Great films, good shooting.
I've been to MI three times, love the country and the deer :-)
Hoping to get back there this fall to look for some of those bucks !

@110sunview What type of Mission Bow did you use during that particular hunt?
-
@Jpv8228 The torch is an easy way to remove any deer hair that might be on the carcass.

@RidgeRunnersd Thanks, I appreciate the compliment. Good luck to you this fall!

@ruddert1112 The regulations vary in MI but generally you can take 2 bucks/year but one has to have at least 4 points one a side. Good luck this season.

@Link9mm My camera is a Sony HDR-HC1. About 3 years old and now they're probably making them half the size. Thanks for watching and for the compliment.

why the blow torch?
ruddert1112 6 months ago
@ruddert1112 The blow torch is for easy removal of deer hairs still on the carcass after the skinning is done.
