Hi mesospoiled, I`m so glad you`re here, you have been a huge inspiration to me. I saw your videos from the time you did it in 40 days and my God what a difference. I have never tried it, and I`m on day 6 today - the hardest for me is actually making food for my family, sitting there watching them eat its torture. Yesterday I made some salmon and I ate a peace of it, I just couldn´t control myself. I made the water flush in the evening because my conscience was killing me. Today I´m on it again.
