to sum up your bullshit and respond,the entertaining thing about the book is that people with"values or morals"as you put it get to read the stories from the perspective of the asshole,its funny to hear what this asshole is saying to people in all its assholiness and how he uses this to get laid and have crazy happenings. if you like stories about fucking, and partying its entertaining. are people who fuck and party stupid to you?

I don't think an intelligent respectable woman can't find his work funny. I have snickered at his stuff too. His way of being though, just really disturbs me. I guess I just don't like self-centered jerks. I find him funny, but in the end I worry that he really is the way he is. Afterall, his stories are based on true events and I feel someone who is truly like him in reality has no values or morals in life...

I just want to add,& I am an intelligent, respectable woman, that I read this book- off chance, picking it randomly while at an airport, & I found it to be one of the most entertaining, halarious books I have ever read.& I think that's the point of making this into a book, & movie... It's entertaining...Would I ever be caught with the real Tucker Max? Probably not. But as you amy notice in the book, 99% of the women he IS with don't really fall into the intellgent or respectable categories...

I would also like to add that this is more than just comedy. This is this guy's way of living. That is what makes it really sad. He bases his stories on true events. The way he acts and thinks is really unattractive. No respectable intelligent woman would be caught dead enjoying his sense of humor or what he has to say. No attractive intelligent respectable woman would be caught dead with HIM.

That doesn't mean though that because you enjoy his comedy you are stupid or like him.
