why go to a haunted house that haven't been used for decades to find a fictional character called Casper that makes people who don't believe in ghosts thinks that cloaked dead people that say 'whoooooo!' are ghosts

On my first week in a rented flat, I was once attacked by a demon and saved by another spirit of a very different kind. The ghost who saved me came many more times to defend me whenever I was in trouble with more hauntings in other places. He once saved me from Banshee and from others. More than that, he saved me from burglars, stalkers, rapist, etc. Though I have never learned the identity of that benevolent ghost who remains taciturn and never appears, I always remember him in my prayers.
