no...you can't have xbl account on the profile on which you're doing this glitch...I don't how it works on your xbox but on my xbox every time I make a new profile I can always sign in for a 1month free xbl gold .... so... you can't have xbl while doing this glitch but after that you need to sign into xbl to send cars to your old account...kind of stupid but that's the only way it works :)

Did you make a new profile ? U need to make a new profil but DO NOT make a new xbox live account on this profile....it just can not ask you to update if you're not signed into xbox live
