Such well thought out answers. I thought I'd just have this interview in the background while I did other things, but I couldn't help being engrossed in all 30 minutes. Also, as a huuuge fan of Sichuan food, couldn't agree more with his recommendation. I would say however that for some such as myself that eat food that spicy regularly, eating Sichuan food is not really a painful experience, so I would not say I get some kind of masochistic pleasure out of it.
