I don't really know all the terms in english, but this technique (preparation or plantation) is really good way better than Segoviana which creates too much tension, and a lot of aspiring musicians pay a lot of money in private lessons just to learn this technique and IT IS the first thing you must learn, thumb plays all bass strings and index middle and ring figer play 3rd,2nd and 1st strings. like @espam2002 said, walk before you can run.
Why does he first demonstrate what _not_ to do? ("What you don't want to do is..." and then shows it). This is a Pedagogy 101 no-no. I like the conversational tone of this series, but there is way too much talking to be very effective.

if u mute the sound you can make your own interpretation. like something really random like a hand puppet show... yeah he boring tone got to me.

gay anyway... yes too much talking is not really effective. I think people will learn finger strokes themselves and appreciate wrong movements -.-
