Hi Delmem, question, can i do the 40 injections round skip one day a week and all and then switch to sublingual on day 41and continue like that till day 50? Just wondering...

@tiguan57 It should be alright, another option is doing 5-7 days off, adding more healthy fats, high potassium foods (bananas) & approx 100 additional grams of carbs, then restarting - have had many continue up to a full additional 30 days using that method. ( the bananas are specifically due to a southern drift in K+ levels during the VLCD ) Good luck.

If I do the 43 day round do I have to wait six weeks after the 23rd day or just do straight 40 da injections?

Also do you have to eat Organic food only?

@bridget641 It's a 6 week break after your final dose for a round, and a round should typically be 3-6 dosing weeks in duration.

If you can afford all organic, go for it - if things are tight $ wise - many people tend to eat 15-30% less food after a round, so you should be able to spring for better quality foods afterward. You'll lose about the same amount of weight even if not eating organic foods.

Have done 3 rounds total. Was so excited with my loss the 1st round I tried to start the 2nd round about a week and a half too soon and had immunity issues.

Would definitely wait the 6 weeks between rounds 1 & 2.

Hi Tim,

I got help from you in January and am happy to report that I lost 42 pounds and 44 inches in 46 days. I love this protocol. I put my husband on it last week and he lost 9 pounds in four days and then nothing... He even gained a pound today? What do you think. He is taking .150 cc. I mixed 10,000ius into 10 ML BS and injecting him with 150 (.15 ml) That is correct right? Also he is exercising and I can't get him to not do it. Could that be it? Thanks for your help!
