Hi, I dont have enough details to help you. Does the same keyboard work fine in Windows? If it doesnt then you have a bad keyboard. Try the keyboard on another computer.

hey brother just gotreplyied to coment you left for now i cant find it so i cant remember what its about oh i remember does this apply to ubuntu 8.10 i installed it on external esata harddrive so i can buel boot works great real fast but i cant get any download to ibnstall it keep opening a doss folder your site seems awsome i just subscribed

you can't defrag ram civilhuman. Ram just stores temporary files until shut down then all the files are dumped. If you really use a program called ram defrag its probably a virus.
