It wasnt time for DBZ on bluray.they had this coming.It shouldnt be on bluray till it gets a perfect release with 100% original remastered footage,openings,endings,music­,a new dub and packaged as season sets

Well they just finished releasing dbz kai. It makes sense you dont just start selling more dbz dvd which basically have the same episodes

NEVER BUY "POINT" or "PART" SETS FROM FUNIMATION. If you see a 1.1 or Part 1 on something like that just hold off on buying and wait until they release a FULL SEASON SET....They never discontinue full seasons....Only these half and quarter season boxsets.....

i think funimation should just take the footage from the old bi-lingual dvds they released in the early 00s remaster them just a bit by taking out a small bit of grain leaving them in full screen put in original openings both the american score and japanesse score and release them in 2 sets like the original japanesse dragonboxes were do the same with db gt and the movies and then everyone is happy just my opinion

@ainman1986 Last thing I am going to say is this, If you watch the final kamehameha battle between Perfect Cell and SSJ2 Gohan in both the original english Dub and Kai you will notice a huge difference in Kai, the only two character voices that Kai got correct in how they voiced the characters was krillin and Nappa and honestly who gives a dman about a midget with a penis head who does nothing but get killed left and right?

@ainman1986 Also I think that the fact that they cancelled Kai long before they finished the series that says a lot about how bad Kai really is, dude they canceled Kai for a reason, the fact of the matter is that Kai sucked so badly that it would have been 10 times better if they had even used the original japanese Dragonball Z Music such cha la head cha la and the song in the japanese series when Gohan goes SSJ2 against cell. OMFG Kai fucked up the cell saga so bad its not even funny.

@ainman1986 I quit watching Kai halfway through the Raditz Saga it was that awful. Like I said listening to Kais Music was like listening to my little pony music. It wasnt just the music that was awful it was the character voices. You can say whatever you want about the original DBZ english dub, bu the original english dub of DBZ still has the best Vegeta and frieza character voices and theres not a single character in that series that doesn't sound right IMO. Even Captain Ginyu sounded right.
