  • What is the radio you are using there?

  • @KD0NVX Panasonic RF-3100 shortwave receiver and on the lower there is a AOR-8000 scanner

  • Although in reality (not a great thing to be interesting) its probably just a simple signal with no sinister or secret purpose, it'd be fun to investigate it and discover its location. As with other signals.

  • @arieas even electricity will cost so much...

  • it's coming from the Borok Geophysical Lab, I don't understand what the big deal is?

  • @Emberplate Actually it's down at the moment. How do you think it's from Borok Geophysical lab? On pictures I have seen it looks more like abandoned military site.

  • for some reason when i listen to this on the live stream blog, it doesnt sound nearly as good as it sounds on here. it sounds a lot deeper and less clearer on the blog... is it like that for everybody?

  • 5 people helped with the triangulation test of helping zero in on the location. It points somewhere by the estonian and russian border, on or near the lake Peipus. It may be an underwater facility, as of all we know

  • it isnt a noise running trough a playback device, sometimes you can actually hear people in the background talking, so i'm thinking that the noise is live coming from a buzzing device infront of a microphone, let's just hope the buzzing device is topped up on oil and never burns out!

  • @TonyAirlines I would believe it would since the ADF is pretty much a radio that points you in the direction of the transmitter

  • You can use the built in computer radio by pressing Alt and F4 at the same time. Then select the Russian region, and tune into 4.625.
