In the middle of teaching tuesdays pole class and thought i would attempt the shouldermount one more time into the deathlay .. Danielle offered to spot me whilst attempting this.. a couple of times before my hands were loosing grip whist getting into the shouldermount and was quite scared of falling .. having a spotter there made me feel more relaxed and confident :)

thanks for all your lovely comments.. :) My top is from ebay lmao.. i have a white, yellow one 2.. really comfy for pole.. yeah i was bloody meaning to do this move with the shouldermount.. lol..and yes.. finaly done it .. :) xxx
