It's funny but back at the turn of the century (and even before that), it was common place for children to swim in the nude in the community creek or lake or "swimmin hole" or whatever your community had. Disney's Pollyanna starts with a kids naked fanny as he swings in to the community pond. As we've modernized, we seem to have become more conservative with how kids dress, and more liberal with how adults dress.
