@WafiyM u beat them till they get to stiff peaks. if urs were still runny, you might have gotten yolk in the whites...which wont let you get stiff egg whites.

u should invest in a silicone mat (silpat). only like 25 bucks and its nonstick and fits ur standard cookie sheets

How did u make the egg whites like that? Mine was very liquidy. Do i just keep beating it?

@WafiyM , Yes, continue beating until the egg whites stand straight up when you pull the whisk out.
