http://www.ted.com In a culture where being social and outgoing are prized above all else, it can be difficult, even shameful, to be an introvert. But, as Susan Cain argues in this passionate talk, introverts bring extraordinary talents and abilities to the world, and should be encouraged and celebrated.
TEDTalks is a daily video podcast of the best talks and performances from the TED Conference, where the world's leading thinkers and doers give the talk of their lives in 18 minutes. Featured speakers have included Al Gore on climate change, Philippe Starck on design, Jill Bolte Taylor on observing her own stroke, Nicholas Negroponte on One Laptop per Child, Jane Goodall on chimpanzees, Bill Gates on malaria and mosquitoes, Pattie Maes on the "Sixth Sense" wearable tech, and "Lost" producer JJ Abrams on the allure of mystery. TED stands for Technology, Entertainment, Design, and TEDTalks cover these topics as well as science, business, development and the arts. Closed captions and translated subtitles in a variety of languages are now available on TED.com, at http://www.ted.com/translate

Me and my 2 brothers are the only introverts in my entire family. The rest of our family thinks we have some sort of mental disorder, especially our parents. Good thing I've been living on my own for awhile, now.

the western society influences others with currency and blood thirst,
not with culture or language, therefore there has never been any remarkable kings or philosophers in the western (except ancient greek, if you count it also to the west) history that survived time?! let me know what you think!

Well, regardless of religion everyone is entitled to their opinion, but it seems to me as though you're just putting down people for being creative and having their own ideas.
Not a fan of creative, inspirational, or educational thinking? Why even watch TED videos in the first place?

How does introversion/extroversion have anything to do with God and religion?
