The cathedral is permanently unfinished, including the bell tower, hence no actual bells.

Wow! Well the church St.Josephs here in Kings Park on Long Island has a speaker and a bell at the top...But the bell in this video is a speaker I can tell by the magnificant sounds quality...Very nice vid

Those are Schulmerich electronic bells. They use digital samples of real bells and play them from speakers. No real bells (or Quasimodos) were heard in this video.
Why a wealthy and magnificent church like this would stoop to using electronic bells is beyond me.
