This is one of the most beneficial exercises to master for improving power on your serve. It allows you to isolate and develop better pitching mechanics to build into your serve and learn the value of "less is more". Teaches you how to discipline and control your body parts and progress to the technique style of your choice.

  • We are talking about a pivoting "whip handle" concept for the core body yet flexible "stretchy" qualities across the chest muscles and throughout the throwing/hitting arm emulating the "strap" qualities of the whip. The two working together generates the energy to crack the whip...
