People say Thai women prefer white guys over black guys and i used to think the same thing until i stayed at a condo where a lot of Thai women worked and white men hung out and the women never said anything to me when i passed by ,but once i passed by and there was NO white men they stopped me and were all over me and wanted to touch me and grab my private parts ,that's when i realze they just don't want to give the white man an inferority complex.

dark skin is seen as lower class among thais but i have no idea how that relates to foreigners if at all. skin whitening, for example, is a big thing over there, so i do see the point mpp was trying to make.. but of course this is all in general, most probably doesn't reflect on the interviewee at all

I find that yes they are not intent on being rude or racist. Living in South East Asia for 5 years now and out of the hundreds of woman I have met barley any will go with black people. They are naturally scared of blacks I see it here in Cambodia on a weekly basis. Its very noticeable if your white. I saw a girl cringe in a bar two days ago when an african dude swang his shit towards her. Or if I walk along the riverside and there's africn coke slangers on the corner my girl will start shakin.
