This is the Monmouth Film Collective's entry in the Portland, Oregon 48 Hour Film Project. Our genre was "historical fiction." The city elements were: character: Jake or Jane Gravenstein, wellness practitioner; line: "Okay, I think I got it straight"; and prop: jumper cables.

  • Thanks for the support. It sounds like you had a PDX team, too. Hope the experience was good.

  • Honestly, many of the costumes were just grabbed out of our closets. A couple were borrowed from a local community theater group. Thanks for the encouragement.

  • This film was fun to do. Everyone had a blast! It was fun being the sister to two ll rascals!

  • This film had a lot of promise, its unfortunate it didn't make it into the top 12 this year. To be honest I'm not sure what the judges were thinking for some of their selections.

  • i like the idea. must of been hard getting a hold of all those costumes. have you tried this on the yobi film contest too?
