@caleb505 Well, 25K is usually 25K for a starter weight and sleds are generally built to standards to ensure approximate replication of pulls nation wide, or at least thats the way it is supposed to be. Otherwise I would make a sled that would deadstall a d8 CAT in 10 feet...just cause I could. Heres the funny thing. many of these trucks were tuned for hp. I've seen many stock trucks pull better, I think I saw the best pull from a stock "or close to stock" dually here.

@caleb505 I have seen several near stock cummins, a few were bone stock 24vho, provide full pulls with the a/c on. Auto, topper, a/c. I've seen these stock trucks, for years beat the superstocks and modifieds head to head. In Stock, the GM's IFS Stearing linkage crumbled halfway if they had the HP. SuperDuties bogged down, or for some nice tuners, broke dshafts. The stock dodge beat the ss and mod head to head via full pull with substantially increased weight beyond mod wt.
