In this episode of the Running Raw Project: The term "green smoothie" gets thrown around a lot in the raw vegan community, but what does that term actually mean? Well, everyone has there own version of this green elixir, and of all the versions that I've tried, I've had the best results with this blend.

  • Good tips

  • I wont say that this is not good, healthy or anything, but I think it goes too far with this "organic" nonsense. So if I eat quarz sand that is totally inorganic (SiO2) I will survive and basically nothing will happen, even so it is important part of diet! But if I eat totally organic Amanita phalloides I will die in pain. What are we talking about here? You said... if I eat rock, so there you have it.

  • My biggest problem with this video is the bit about the rocks and dieing. You won't die from eating rocks, you'll just have some killer dumps. You may die from the dump, but not from the rocks.....

  • Spot on Tim! Great clip. I send hundreds here to watch. You make it FUN and people like that!

  • Cage free blueberrys;)

  • Amen on not guzzling- chewing builds up saliva and helps pass the carbs through gut so protein gets released....

  • Fab , thanks , informative and funny ;)

  • OMG! You CRACK ME UP! Educational and entertaining! Love it!

  • why every male vegan athelite I see looks so unnaturaly boney on the face ???? ..shit. !!!.even the ones that train and are masculine in their bodies have sunken eyes into their eye sockets and their faces are not showing perfect health they look more like faces of a starving person...honestly :O

  • I dont like kale is spinach ok to use?
