Malfiore A.K.A. Flower of Evil off of Electric Wizard's We Live! album. Probably one of their best.

  • This album is 1% evil, 99% hot gas

  • @kurdtdouglas1023 nice spongebob reference, but must take off points for the offense it gives to the Wizard

  • @ICantControlIt Just watch the movie, Let's Scare Jessica To Death. They talk about malfiore in that movie. and it's an awesome movie.

  • One of their best songs.

  • saw this vinyl at my local record stor for £100.......Guess who needs £100

  • @perrottafamily1 i wish i could apologize for that. i think i tried. my friend (who makes fun of me for worshiping the Wizard) posted that. i would never dishonor the Wizard in such a manor.

  • @kurdtdouglas1023 I think you mean it's the other way around.

  • @revilor234 why booze? you can get fucked up on huge amounts of marijuana :D

  • Malfiore,

    My flower of evil,

    Maledicione,

    Curse yet beautiful.

    Malfiore,

    Priestess of evil,

    Maledicione,

    Enslaved to you I kneel.

  • This album got a bad rap. I like to think of Electric Wizard as two separate bands (one pre We Live and one post We Live). It's all amazingly beautiful angry devil worship doom.

  • @ICantControlIt I don't know, but guessing that "Flower of Evil" is a reference to Baudelaire, there seems to be a linguistic link between "Fleurs du Mal" (the title of Baudelaire's "Flowers of Evil" in french, it's original language) and the name "Malfiore".

    Dunno though.

  • @ICantControlIt There's the obvious- the flower of evil

There's the less obvious- It's called Google, use it sometime

Then there's the hidden- knowing El Wiz, 'malfiore's' probably some satanic fictionary character/latin whatzit/Google.
