Voting Machines Jammed

Only an hour and a half into voting the machine in my neighborhood was suddenly jammed. I caught the address of the person who jammed it (628 Kissam Rd Peekskill, NY) but couldnt catch the name. Voting coordinator told my camera she only noticed he was drunk. When I asked to use the handicap machine they tried to dissuade me and suddenly everyone was allowed to use the regular machine but not sure if botes will count as it still had a jammed button. My computer is overloaded so am having trouble downloading as much footage as I have. Serious hostility from a man working the polls named "Pat" who was not from Peekskill. Very annoyed by my camera. He started offering write in/absentee ballots at first then the special needs machine (I think to be sarcastic with me) He was surprised when I agreed to use it then said it would take as long as 30 mins. But zero ballots had been cast on it thus far etc...everything was fishy. Other neighborhoods having prblems (like Woodside) with reports of machines down also.
