  • where the hell does mg of mercury fit into this?

  • @sicguitarist16 That's how you measure vacumn

  • OK, got a brake bleeder from the auto supply store...paid about 40 dollars for it. It doesn't seal tight enough to pull a vacuum....what can I do? I'm not a technical person I guess. I'm thinking some sort of glue? There's got to be another answer, some sort of connection. I do not have the clear tube like the video with the two connections on the end, what is that called? I might have to order something like that online. Please advise.

  • @eathealthier4u mine came with the tube, but the adapters came with the mason jar adapter. The line is pretty close to aquarium air line.

  • I just vacuum sealed my jars of buds and DAMN... your system works great!

    Thanks!

  • VERY COOL!

  • @TNGun If you are rigging, you could take a compressor out of a refrigerator & hook up to the suction side. be careful though.

  • @contreeman I pinch the hose on flour type stuff & let the vacuum apply slowly. I use a strong pump and have sucked powder into my pump.

  • @TNGun True, but life of mylar bags is about 7 years. Also there are 3 quarts per #10 can. You can open as you need & have less spoilage. In addition, with the right set up, you can pull a vacuum like outer space....

But, jars can break, like you said.

  • @UserAccountDenied yeah but they don't break either, and I live in the impact area of the New Madrid Fault.
