XTRONS D710 - 7" Touchscreen - In-dash CD/DVD Player

Got this flip out touchscreen cd/dvd player off ebay for about $315.00 from japan-internet-shop. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER!!!! The monitor has a very good quality picture. But that doesn't mean much when after a week the motorized screen doesn't come out correctly anymore. It doesn't have subwoofer controls to adjust woofer volume. The bluetooth signal needs more stability, seller says my iPhone 4 may be too "new" REALLY?. Also, it needs an expandable mic to place closer to your face for bluetooth calls. The people I talk to say its all quiet and muffled. When I plug my iPod or iPhone in it doesn't show my phones screen on the monitor - that would be a huge plus! When going into settings the music does not continue to play it turns off...

hey there , i have jut bought that item from ebay and i would like to get some help removing that caution message whenever i play any dvd stating that " dont use the system while driving " how can i get rid off it. please help

@mxxn69 - Not a problem, it's actually very easy on this head unit. Just take the parking brake wire that comes off the head unit and attach it to a ground from anywhere you so chose.

@sabz2011 - A wire that comes off your cd player is labeled "brake" or "parking brake" connect that wire to a ground... (a ground is a wire with negative polarity in your vehicle most often a black wire...) Just about any metal part of your car can be a ground as well...

does it glitch up much, im looking into buying a headunit coz my soundstream one keeps on fucking me over. how good is the bluetooth on it?

@MaximaJ31 - The motorized screen stopped functioning right after a week!!! DO NOT BUY THIS!!! I had a HUGE hassle with the seller and in the end I got screwed with only a $50 refund and a warning from ebay about feedback extortion! The resolution was better than most the others I have tried personally, the features were ok... This one was said to come with a GPS and did not.. The bluetooth works but takes a long time to get connected to my iPhone 4 the seller says my phone may be too "new"
