if your neighbor or stranger can't get in they're stupid (windows,drive thru, etc)
emergency responders cart a range of entry tools for such situations
fire fighters have ax, chainsaw and jaws of life
i'm sure ambulance carries something for entry into locked buildings and police have shotguns
If a home owner cant do something like this or find a cheap contractor they have bigger trouble then break ins. (who gonna fix their stuff when it breaks)
